This is one of the first things that crosses our minds when we start this whole fit quest.
Are my genetics good enough ?
Will I have enough time?
Do I have enough money ?
Although all of these factors do hold some significance, they are not as important as you might think. The most important factor is your attitude. If you start off thinking it's impossible, it probably will be FOR YOU. When we set out to achieve goals too many times we first look for reasons why it cannot be done. Finding persons who have accomplished what you are trying to do and listening to what they have to say is much more practical.
